The scope of work for this new gym included a Full fit-out in a conservation building in the heart of Dublin City. The project involved the fabrication and installation of a new steel mezzanine floor, steel staircase and installation of a new DDA lift. A series of studios were constructed within the preserved brick vaulted ceilings finished off with LED lighting to compliment the exposed brickwork.

Working closely with the centre management we developed a programme of works which was critical to us carrying out our crane lifts and large deliveries. It was a heavily populated area and we executed health and safety measures to the highest standard and we were well complimented on this throughout the whole project.

Lovebuild Construction Specialists liaised closely with several consultants from the design team to satisfy the requirements regarding fire safety and disability access for the project. The gym floor areas were fitted out with an array of impact flooring and astro turf areas. A bespoke air-conditioning and ventilation system was designed and installed in the gym. A complete electrical package comprising of lighting, fire alarm, audiovisual system and CCTV was designed to the client’s specific requirements and installed. A new steel staircase was also designed, fabricated and installed.
