Sport Blackpool was introduced to Love Build as part of the Matrix ‘turnkey’ solution. In November 2015, an opportunity arose to redevelop and extend an existing fitness suite at Blackpool Sports Centre, but due to high demand during the January to March period, the work needed to be complete prior to January to reduce the impact on customers and the overall service.
Love Build were shown the facilities and talked through the proposed development in detail. Following this Love Build provided a detailed, costed specification and agreed timescales, with a guarantee that all of the work would be completed within a 12-day period, during which time the main fitness facility would be closed to the public. Love Build were very flexible in working around the needs of the service and ensuring the work caused minimal disruption to the rest of the building which remained open to the public. Throughout the refurbishment period, communication between love build and the onsite leisure team was excellent, with no complaints from customers or wider council colleagues being received throughout the refurbishment.
The work was completed ahead of schedule and within the agreed budget. A small number of remedial jobs which were identified as part of the snagging, were resolved promptly without disruption to the service.
Love Build were very flexible in accommodating the need for the facility to remain open whilst delivering a finished facility in very tight timescales. The project lead kept both the management and staff based at the facility up to date on progress throughout the project. Overall I would highly recommend Love Build if you are look for your project to be completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.
Love Build installed a rubber flooring system in our courtyard space at our indoor cycling studio, Cyclebeat in Bank, in order that we could use the courtyard as a second studio space to provide hot yoga.
It was a difficult proposition due to it being an external application for a hot yoga use and being based in the City.
We had other companies look at the job and refusing it but, when we spoke to Michael, from Love Build, he couldn’t have made the process smoother and easier for us. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave clear and timely costings and suggestions for the job. The work was completed and result was great. I have already requested a quote from Michael for another job due to the satisfaction of how he managed this job. I cannot recommend Love Build more!

I have worked with Love Build Construction Specialists Ltd. on a fast track project in a Commercial Unit in the Jervis Shopping Centre, Dublin City Centre. The project was sizable, and Love Build had to balance their work programme with the difficult logistics of working in a busy City Centre Shopping Centre, particularly during a Christmas period. I found Love Build to be very professional, Health & Safety conscious with very good communication skills, which were all required as they navigated their deliveries and skips within an extremely busy and restricted loading bay area, due to both the usual delivery schedule of the Jervis Shopping Centre and that time of year in particular.

“Love Build” carried out an extensive refurbishment project of the gym in Lifestyles Garston Liverpool. The project had specific building modifications that involved the removal of walls, floor replacement, all internal decoration and extensive electrical & ICT requirements; all to be completed within a very tough deadline.
“Love Build” worked around the clock to meet the target date, working most days and nights, skilfully organising teams of tradesmen to attend site to complete their schedules and tasks in unison.
The team were very professional, organised and well managed. The project managers Hazel Martin and Kieran Kenny were both very methodical and paid particular attention to maintaining health and safety regulations and working boundaries once the site was established. The site was quickly cleared and tidied every evening; all exterior areas were kept clear and the operation of the centre was not affected or inconvenienced in any way.

Over Christmas 2015 we worked with Love Build (preferred contractor) and Matrix Fitness (equipment supplier) to deliver a complete gym refit to The Centre for Sport, Exercise and Health, University of Bristol.
Love Build project managed all our décor changes/flooring and electrical installations including mains board upgrade and audio visual package. Throughout the process Love Build were a pleasure to deal with working to a very tight schedule they hit each deadline while delivering a high standard of work.
Love Build have worked for us at our business, at an investment flat and at our family home. It has all been really good. I really like the way the work is done to a tight budget and to a high standard.

Brian and his team were the only convincing option when we looked for a fast-track construction company to strip/rebuild/refurbish (against a 3-month deadline!) the house we’d bought in Surrey. They were amazing to work with and added hugely to the final result with their ideas and thoughtful craftmanship. From the statement kitchen to the soundproofed cinema they achieved the standard of finish we were looking for against the tightest of timescales. Just three of the words I would use to describe this great business. In an industry known for its con artists, promise a lot, deliver very little builders. Mr. Munro and his team are the complete opposite. They carried out a significant office refurbishment, including installing a “floating” glass staircase at my offices, to time, to budget and they helped improve our initial thoughts.
They have subsequently done work at my house and 3 of my colleagues, installing new kitchens, building extensions and in my case a bathroom build.
