We were instructed to design and build a two-storey commercial building in an existing car park. This project commenced in September 2018 and the completed building was handed over to the client in December 2018. We had to deal with adverse weather conditions and still managed to complete the project within the given deadline. Included in the build, we provided a full mechanical, electrical (fire alarm and emergency lighting, sound system, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control) and plumbing fit-out, soundproofing and noise reduction of studios, offices and changing rooms, painting and supply and installation of a platform lift and specialised flooring such as 43mm rubber and astro turf.
