This was a high-end residential refurbishment project consisting of full demolition and strip-out of a six-storey building in Hyde Park Gardens. Three luxury apartments and a three-storey main residence with an open terrace, overlooking Hyde Park.
Our works consisted of substantial structural works to the basement, waterproofing (tanking membrane) applied throughout the entire basement level and a full internal strip-out of all 6 floors. These works were followed by a luxurious renovation including insulation, noise and vibration solutions through to Gold Leaf painting, Silk wall coverings, Marble wall and floor finishes, polished plaster work and specialist hand-painted furniture. External works consisted of the complete reconstruction of the open terrace, refurbished with high-quality sandstone paving slabs, centrepiece water fountains and landscaping.
